This year was my first Haloween!
In fact, Haloween 2008 is my first ever holiday celebration. I was really touched by the effort of James, who got me a pumpkin and a carving kit so he could help me enjoy the whole occaision. Aaron was a help too, he let me have my whole silly routine of cracking the glowsticks as we crossed the threshold of the house to go out for the evening, and generally busied around to make it a good night.
My zombie costume was amazing. Aaron pulled out some prostethics from a local costume shop, and between us we were a real sight to behold. My whole costume became a bit risque as my torn jeans tore further. James's old workmate tore them a bit futher, till my boxers became my only line of defence against nudity. It was freezing, too.
Oh, and my pumpkin was the best in the house. This is a fact. The only other pumpkin was tragically destroyed in a freak kicking accident. By me. Thanks to my friends. This really meant alot, even if it's supposed to be a silly night. They came through for me.
